In this column, I'll every month to present to the alphabet a small vocabulary of the musical traditions of Brazil.
ABC (A-Be-Ce)
Brazilian romance, which is common in the areas of the country's northeast. Each verse of ABC begins with a letter of the alphabet. The other verses are improvised.
